Kindness means doing something good to your friend.

It is important for people to be kind, beacause if you are good to them they can give you something like a present.

People can show their kindness by giving somebody a present.

I help my father to cook in the kitchen.

I felt happy as i rewarded myself a ice-cream.
I can help my mother to wash the clothes.
